proprietary or exclusive to Queen of Hearts, Inc.
Slight irregularities and
variations in the color, size or shape of natural stones or
Sterling Silver craftsmanship are characteristic of the
charm and uniqueness of each Queen of Hearts design, and
should not be considered as defective.
Exchange and
Refund Policy
If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase within one month (30 days) of
product purchase, you may return your purchase for exchange
or refund with accompanying original receipt
proof-of-purchase, provided the item is being returned in
new condition. If an item is being returned in exchange for
another item of greater value, the retail difference and
applicable sales tax are required. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
